elsewhere is run by Melusi AI LLC. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. Short version: we use your information to pick, buy and ship your items, and for nothing else.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, mobile number.
- Shipping details: address and delivery notes.
- Your preferences: goals, sizes, things you run out of, things you never want, and the people and dates you ask us to remember (which may include their names and birthdays).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Feedback: what you remove from previews and how you feel about what arrives.
How we use it
- To choose items for you and send you previews.
- To buy items from retailers and ship them to your address. The retailer receives your name and shipping address for delivery.
- To bill you through Stripe.
- To text and email you about your boxes.
What we never do
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to market anything other than this service.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run elsewhere: our website host and form processor (Netlify), payment processor (Stripe), the retailers that fulfill your orders, and our text and email providers. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
How long we keep it
While you're a member, and for up to 12 months after you cancel so we can handle returns or questions, unless the law requires longer. Ask us to delete your data anytime and we'll do it within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop texts (reply STOP), by emailing parker@melusi.ai.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know by text or email first.
