What if I don't want something in the box?
Every Sunday you get a text with the full list. Reply with the number of anything you don't want and it's gone. You're never charged for something you removed.
How do I pay for the items?
Your membership covers the service. Items are billed separately at exactly what we pay, including tax and shipping. You get the total with your preview and a secure payment link before anything is ordered.
Where do the items come from?
Major retailers you already know, shipped straight to your door. Gifts go out with prices hidden and a gift note.
Will you ever go over my budget?
No. You set a monthly ceiling at sign-up. Most months you'll spend less, because buying less is the whole idea.
Can I skip a week or cancel?
Yes. Text "skip" to skip a week, or "cancel" to end your membership. No forms, no phone trees.
Is my information private?
We use your details only to pick, buy and ship your items. We never sell or share them for marketing. Read the privacy policy.
