Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Melusi AI LLC ("elsewhere", "we", "us"). By signing up, you agree to them.
What we do
elsewhere is a personal shopping service. Based on what you tell us, we pick items we think you need, send you a preview, and, once you approve and pay, buy those items from third-party retailers and have them shipped to you.
Membership and automatic renewal
Membership costs $25 per month. It renews automatically each month and is charged to the payment method you provide until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by texting CANCEL to the number we text you from, or by emailing parker@melusi.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you won't be charged again.
Items, previews and payment
- Each week we send you a preview of the items we plan to buy. You can remove any item by replying before the deadline stated in the preview.
- Items are billed separately from membership, at the price we pay the retailer, including tax and shipping. We do not add a markup.
- We only order items after you have paid the invoice for that box. If a price changes or an item becomes unavailable, we will tell you before ordering and adjust or refund the difference.
- We will not knowingly exceed the monthly item ceiling you set.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Items ship directly from the retailer. Delivery dates are estimates. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or you're unhappy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or refund for that item according to the retailer's return policy. Membership fees are refundable for the current month if we fail to deliver any box that month.
Text messages
By signing up you agree to receive service texts (weekly previews, payment and delivery updates) at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, which also pauses your boxes.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, including your address and anything you can't use or shouldn't receive. We rely on what you tell us. Products are made by third parties, and their warranties and safety information apply.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for the retailer's or manufacturer's products beyond helping you return or replace them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll text or email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.
